Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two business days of purchase.
For most orders, we ship on Mondays through Wednesday to avoid having your order sit on the weekend. During the month of December, or the week prior to a holiday we ship Monday through Friday. In the height of the holiday season the processing time can be 4-5 days, but we do our best to get packages out as quickly as possible. If you would like your order to ship on a specific day, please specify in the “Comments” section. We ship most orders via UPS. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
Orders placed between May 1 and Sept. 30 and when temperatures are above 72 degrees require special heat resistant packaging and ice for warm weather shipping, making these shipping rates higher.
